OWNERSHIP
Cutler Bay Village and Assisted Living Retirement Homes is different for many reasons, but the main reason we are different begins at the top: ourownership. Unlike many competitors, Cutler Bay Village and Assisted Living Retirement Homes has been privately owned by the same people since 1993,when Jose & Ingrid Duasso started the company. The owners are very much involved in the daily operations and they are available to assist with any customer service issue.
TRAINING
Cutler Bay Village and Assisted Living Retirement Homes has one of the most comprehensive training programs in the industry with our Cutler Bay Village and Assisted Living Retirement Homes Training. All employees must attend a two day comprehensive orientation upon hire and then must take an additional 32-40 hours of training every calendar year in various job-related areas depending on their position. Classes offered focus on delivering outstanding service, sensitivity training, teamwork, and much more. Our training programs have help to reduce turnover, workplace injuries, and improve employee morale, all which lead to higher resident satisfaction.
